Cruise ‘24 Very helpful, had a couple of cruise credit for husband n myself to plan a trip, RC couldn’t find one so travel agent, Kameron, went all out to fight for us n found the problem, RC reinstated the credit so now we are planning on sailing in February, can’t wait! Definitely use this company, with workers like her it will be smooth sailing!!!

They WILL find a way to scam you I booked a cruise for the wrong date. Within only minutes of receiving the confirmation, I called. They couldn’t transfer the fee to another date and to cancel would be $100 charge. I think this is extremely shady business practices not to mention horrendous customer service. This company is out to scam people, plain and simple. Also if you look closely, and compare every detail of the reservation and offers, you can get the same rate if not better by booking directly with the cruise line. Do NOT use Cruisewise, CheapCruises or any of those companies as they are all affiliated. Just look at all the other complaints with the BBB, Google, and other review sources.

I had called with a quick question… I had called just get a quick question answered... 3 days and 2 hours later I had my answer and the trip of a lifetime booked. I had so, so, sooooo many questions! Each question was answered, and thousands of permutations were calculated, until we landed on the combination that worked best for me. The initial phone call was dizzying and 3 days later my agent called me to finish answering the original question! The service was top notch and patient and thoroughly helpful, I really can't recommend them highly enough!

Lack of service, accountability, and benefits The initial agent we spoke with was friendly, but he booked us the wrong room. By the time we caught his error and called back the next day, he was unreachable and another agent told us the price for the room we had wanted had gone up in price by a couple hundred dollars. They did absolutely nothing to fix it. Later we found a coupon code that our cruise line and most travel agents accept, but cheapcruises.com is refusing to honor it. Their 'benefits' are not as good as some of their competitors, such as not including gratuities, even though their prices are no better than we could have gotten through our cruise line directly. I will be telling everyone asking about booking cruises to absolutely avoid cheapcruises.com.
