After installation and going live, Astrawatt monitors the system and reaches out if they suspect there is a problem. Great battery installer I have a very complex install with new products that had just been released by enphase. My setup included solar, batteries and a home generator. There were some delays with the install but in the end I am happy with the outcome. Astrawatt is a good installer that I would use on future projects.
