Not sure what went wrong, contact missing in action! Reid was very helpful when we installed our solar a year or so ago. Called to talk about adding Batteries. I prefer an in person appointment but was scheduled for an on line appointment. That appointment was forgotten the Reid called back and said he would send a proposal based on the information I sent. It’s been 3 weeks without a word. Is there another office I can work with in the Cameron, MO area?

Astrawatt is great Astrawatt is great! They helped me through my HOA which were against solar panels over the course of two years. They proactively informed me when new law were enacted to allow solar panels despite such HOA. The installation itself took only two days and has been running smoothly since. They also helped answer some questions which helped me to get the tax credit. Overall great service and dedication.

Friendly to work with, but questionable estimate and safety practices. Design and installation process went smoothly but the original energy production estimate was off. They predicted 7.6 MWh in first year of production but I only saw 6.9 MWh in my first full year 2023. Also, I recommended them to a colleague, and one of the workers fell off his roof during install and was hospitalized.

My solar is amazing! After much research and meeting with many companies, I felt lAstrawatt was the most knowledgeable and informative. The installation was the best and the crew was exceptional - very friendly, polite and courteous. Such a fun project and all that I hoped it would be. This is definitely the company you should choose!!

Our system was designed and installed Astrawatt. Our system was designed and installed by Astrawatt, and performs very well. We have seen a significant reduction in our Evergy bill, with one month being as low as $6.32! Even during the very cold month of January, 2024, when our panels were covered with snow for over a week, our Evergy bill was only about $60.
