GBI was satisfied with the service all… I was satisfied with the service all the way until the last company I got signed up with PowerNext. They last two bills I've paid through my bank 9 days later they claim they haven't gotten yet but the check from my bank which is Bank of America was deposited on the date if payment. Not only that everytime I call somebody from customer service a non English speaking person comes on with language barrier and nothing gets solved. And on top of that I was signed up with this company for 2 years and I'm still paying PowerWizard monthly for nothing.

GBPower Wizard is a very good way to… Power Wizard is a very good way to save one time trying to figure out how to checkout the many many electronic providers, to save money on monthly electric bills. I have had very good experience, they are willing to help and listen to your concerns, I suggest you try their service. Thanks so much!

GB…don’t subscribe The Erik charges that the customer service person said would be withdrawn from my account, actually went through. The $93.11 charge as well as the $8.66 charge went through yesterday. I also canceled my subscription yesterday. And I am awaiting another call today from your customer service people to see what y’all are gonna do about it. Not happy at all.

GBExcellent service Excellent service. Everything was handled online. Smooth transition from our energy supplier to our new supplier. Rates are very reasonable and we are happy with our monthly bill. If you want lower monthly bills I would recommend letting Power Wizard handle it for you.
