GBI have three accounts with power… I have three accounts with power wizard. My first experience was great. Fabulous customer service! Second experience customer service was a bit lacking. Third experience, the first person I spoke with I had a really hard time understanding. Although the agent was very nice and tried to help in every way. I had a very difficult time understanding him and had to asked to be passed off to another agent to complete my set up.

GBPower Wizard has delivered on their… Power Wizard has delivered on their promises. Our electric bills have been modest, even in the Summer season. There are no gimmicks, such as 'Free Weekends' or 'Free Nights' that only mask higher rates at peak use hours. I would recommend Power Wizard for those wishing to save on their energy bills.

GBGreat savings with Power Wizard Great savings with Power Wizard. I’ve only experienced one minor issue with an auto bill pay, which was resolved completely in a timely manner. I would recommend them giving them a try.

GBHidden charges Ok, you can have the $8 and change. Fact is, you can't have 2 electric power companies at the same time. When one company began, the other automatically ends. You can research and find that the end date was, March 8th even without my saying it but, ok if that's the way you want to go and if you keeping $8 if more important to you than the customer (me) on a disability salary! I'll share this on your reviews.

GBExcited to get started! Just spoke with a rep who was helpful and knowledgeable. I was able to pay my monthly fee up front & continue paperless monthly billing as well! I have never tried this kind of service before, however I am excited to since the rates elsewhere are much higher than what I was quoted.
