This whole OhmConnect has made me more… This whole OhmConnect has made me more aware and conscious of the utilities I’m using and when, I never thought about it before. I feel like I’m doing a small part in the big picture and being rewarded as well, it’s a win win situation.

Great customer service They give you tips on how to save money on your electric bill. They have a rewards program when you cut down on usage. They inform you when your bill has been paid. I'm a new customer so haven't had a lot of experience with them except what I already stated. I'm pleased with them overall and look forward to doing business with them.

It’s a great way to save money and it… It’s a great way to save money and it makes it fun for the whole family to get involved and help save energy. Plus they give us our results within 24hrs after the energy saving hour ends so we can see how we did and what works or what’s helpful to cut back using, ie: laptops, tv, lights. Also they give us ideas on how to save like microwaving vs kitchen oven. It’s been an eye opener for our whole family and good knowledge to carry on and use throughout our lifetimes!

I’m not sure if I’m reaping any… I’m not sure if I’m reaping any benefits yet. When I first signed up I received three energy-saving events to participate in almost immediately, but haven’t had a single opportunity for another one since. It’s been over a month now. I wish there were more opportunities to save energy and make points.
