GBMy bills are lower but... My bills are lower. However, I was injured in November and had unexpected expenses because it, making my December payment late. When I called to discuss the customer rep was cold and informed me of the date my electricity would be cut off. They have a very short period of time before they'll cut you off and I have a senior citizen on an electric concentrator living in my home. Disappointed I made this switch now.

GBGreat customer service They give you tips on how to save money on your electric bill. They have a rewards program when you cut down on usage. They inform you when your bill has been paid. I'm a new customer so haven't had a lot of experience with them except what I already stated. I'm pleased with them overall and look forward to doing business with them.
