GBThey did not do what they agreed to… They did not do what they agreed to when I signed up. They were supposed to transfer service on the next meter read date instead they did it the next day. I asked to have a supervisor call me back because I wanted to be reimbursed for the expenses that they cost me as small as they work. As expected no supervisor called me back. I can’t wait for my contract to expire so I can go to somebody a little more ethical.

GBmy former energy provider send me… my former energy provider send me monthly usage to check my usage so that i dont over shoot, i would like that life enegy does that. also,most months, i dont get an email reminding me of payment due, i just get a disconnection notice in the mail. It would be nice that you consistently send emails when payments are due.

GBI like the service real good,BUT there… I like the service real good,BUT there website is not good,you can't pay your bill on it,every time you log in it says wrong account,I tried ten times one time an could not get in.....
