As it turns out, and they admitted it, there were people forced to double up paying their bills because of their mistake. They said an apology would be coming, which never did. They also said that a credit would be made on the bill, which never happened. I will not be renewing my contract with them when this hitch is completed. Lack of customer respect will not get you far in this business. There are is competition amongst providers and Power to Choose gives a customer the ability to choose a retail provider. Although, the State of Texas makes no effort to let customers know it exists.

NEW SERVICE I called on a Monday to change my apartment number... was on hold a bit over 30 minutes. The representative that answered made that so much better merely by the customer service that was provided. She addressed my apartment change immediately and was so kind. I am a little remiss that getting in touch with this company was so difficult... hoping that is NOT the norm... but if the customer service remains constant... I believe that I will be satisfied choosing Life energy as my provider!
