The paperwork to onboard is ridiculous The paperwork to onboard is ridiculous. It took me 6 months to finally start working. Several different people ask you for the same paperwork that you’ve already completed. Then after all was said and done half of my shifts were cancelled. 😠

Vista is great and should be really… Vista is great and should be really proud of Abby who is a well-rounded person and easy to work with. She is a great listener and makes a great impression of Vista. I've had a great start at my new assignment because of Abby's dedication to her craft. She is a great ambassador of your company. She shows genuine interest about the welfare of my family and she gets stuff done. I also thank every member of the team involved in my onboarding to my new assignment. Again, thanks Abby!!!!

My personal history was leaked due to… My personal history was leaked due to VISTA's inadequate protection. The information could have been hidden or compartmentalized/de-identified. Additionally, I'm not getting the same shifts as other practitioners. My primary contact shifted positions and I feel like I have no dedicated advocate at the company now.

I had a great time at my site and VISTA… I had a great time at my site and VISTA did a good job of making sure everything went smoothly. One thing that could have been better would have been actual orientation in the ER. I had to do this on my free time as the orientation arranged by Chinle did not provide for time in the ER with hands-on use of the EMR. And overall, there should be an incentive system within VISTA for high performing physicians to earn more pay. This will help you retain higher performing docs.
