Most of the times they are quick at answering questions, but sometimes they are slow at getting issues resolved. However everyone I interacted with was nice and always willing to help.

The paperwork to onboard is ridiculous The paperwork to onboard is ridiculous. It took me 6 months to finally start working. Several different people ask you for the same paperwork that you’ve already completed. Then after all was said and done half of my shifts were cancelled. 😠

I would rate some aspects of my… I would rate some aspects of my interactions with VISTA as very good, but others not so much, necessitating an average score. I was very happy with my recruiters and their response time for the vast majority of our interactions. I felt they were friendly and respectful. I was less happy with an intended job placement in which I felt I was simply being strung along by the potential employer. When the assignment did not come to fruition in the stated time frame, I felt like my placement was just sitting on everyone’s back burner, when it was crucial for me to start work as intended. When I said I no longer wanted to be considered for the position it was only then—after months of waiting, providing paperwork, etc.—that anyone seemed to care about me making income. I would hope in the future that VISTA staffing no longer place physicians with employers that won’t provide even a start date or definite location. I would also hope that when a physician backs out for these reasons that the recruitment staff understands that this is abusive behavior on behalf of the employer and it should not be condoned. I also had some delays in response with regard to setting up my direct deposit—it was really down to the wire. I did get paid on time, but the added stress of waiting to see if I would have to wait another week without income was not appreciated. I’m certain that VISTA Staffing is an okay placement agency, as I have heard horror stories about others. My experience could have been better, but it could have been worse.

Unprofessional and Unethical Have never experienced a more unethical staffing company than this one. I brought them NP work for several years and brought them 100k's of dollars. This past time no credentialling (which is the only thing they had to do) was done. I lost a state DEA license and had to do all my own credentialling after realizing they did nothing for the job. They are dishonest and took no responsibility. The only thing the Senior director, Dan Gonzalez was worried about was me spelling his name wrong in an email (after my name was spelled improperly). Also, they changed my wages 3 times in a previous job and took no responsibility. Poor communication (especially if confronted), unprofessional staff, dishonest when confronted and inappropriate as any Provider's representative.

The KGB Experience From day one, Vista has been very professional, accountable, and personable. Throughout my travels for work, I have been accommodated on work site, lodging, and flights; their process is very well organized. Even in the event of a need to change, Vista's staff handled the matter promptly and with much success. I have no complaints. Being a client of Vista has been the ultimate experience my 1st time out with a locums company.
