GBI’ve never had any problem with airport… I’ve never had any problem with airport parking Inc. and I have appreciated their lower prices. But noticed a very large 33 to 40% high can price is that necessary? I have recommended you but that being lower anymore you may be hurting yourself.

GBShuttle pick up disaster Everything went smoothly on drop off but return was disasterous. I called the number stamped on my receipt and it went to voice mail that wouldn't accept the message as "mail box full" then hung up on me. This happened twice while we waited a total of 45 minutes for shuttle that was surposed to circle every 15 minutes. When I finally called the hotel desk they said I was on "wrong level, need to go upstairs to different door to wait". I was never told of change in shuttle route when we dropped off car. Waited in freezing weather for an hour. Unacceptable performance. Could have been avoided with clear communications from clerk on day of drop off. Will not use this service again.

GBconvience easy registration; ease of parking at hotel with shuttle service great. conveinient locations for parking near airport. However, on the return trip the shuttles stopped at 5pm and a taxi head to be utilized costing an additional 15$ to go less than 1 mile. There is also an increase of cost to park during holiday times.

GBReassured we had a parking spot, but we didn't! We paid for a parking reservation at a parking company near the Jacksonville, Florida airport. Upon arrival we found there was no spot. Apparently, there was no communication between you and the company, Park EZ Fly, at 1759 Airport Road, Jacksonville, FL! We eventually found a spot at a nearby hotel, but we feel that your company is essentially a scam! My husband called the number listed on the email you sent us which did not go to the actual parking location, but back to your company. He was reassured that we would have a space. How could you do this without checking with the actual parking place, Park EZ Fly? Thank you, AirportParkingInc.com for explaining why we didn't have a parking spot that we fully expected to have. We also thank you for refunding our money, and we definitely thank you for the lesson we learned about parking! We hope you can set EZ Fly straight because they are the ones that didn't follow through with the agreement they have with you. Thanks again for trying to help us and Happy New Year to you!

GBI had a problem only once when the… I had a problem only once when the hotel shuttle instead of going straight to the airport went to some other hotels to pick up people and due to that I had to miss my flight. Other than that I never had any issue and I have recommended many family and friends for this site
