GBNo Customer Support, You Will Lose your Money Tried reaching out to them for a long term parking reservation at LGA. As noted by other reviews, the phone number from the app is a Marriott in GA. The parkobility site itself has a bug so you can't even submit your request on their contact us page and "due to a high volume of calls" they suggest leaving a voicemail which they do not respond to.

GBHelpful with empathy for rushed travelers! Quick. Helpful. Understanding and efficient. The gentleman at the desk was helpful and the shuttle driver was understanding that we were in a rush. They did a great job accommodating and helping us when we were about to miss a flight. Its hard to find people who like to help others. These guys are great... and honestly... so much better than standard airport parking!

GBRun away from this service Flew home from the trip from Hobbs, requested pickup, informed the desk person who I was, provided my phone number and even informed the desk person I was wearing the national NCAA championship team clothing. I stepped out into the pickup area, and of four vans that had arrived didn’t the hotel information I was looking, it had an advertisement on the passenger side. As it pulled away I finally noticed the driver’s was distinctly marked from the hotel as it was pulling away. Tried to wave the driver down without luck. Had to hire a taxi to get back to my parked car.
