GBI pre brought my parking pass and was… I pre brought my parking pass and was no longer able to attend event and there was nothing to do about parking nore was it able to be changed so I pre paid and never parked

GBExcellent experience This is the first time using South Boston Waterfront Transportation Center Parking and I would definitely use again! Found the lot easily, the shuttle was waiting, and off we went to the cruise ship. Just as easy on the way back. The driver and the parking lot attendant were friendly and helpful.

GBParking for a cruise out of Boston Just found out last week that I may need to reserve parking for the cruise out of Boston in October. We are used to driving to Pt. Canaveral Florida and get parking that day. Hope we got the right one, we have never cruised out of Boston so we will see if this is close to the port and I can walk or get shuttled to ship

GBWould give zero stars if I could Would give zero stars if I could. I prepaid for parking & when I arrived there were ZERO spots left. I drove up one side and down the other of all 9 levels, which caused me to be late for my meeting. What is the point of selling prepaid spots if you oversell the garage? I assumed you would account for the prepaid spots in your calculations and perhaps turn away some people. I ended up parking illegally on the roof level in an area with slanted yellow lines i.e. not a legal spot. Your system stinks. Will not use again. Terrible.

GBNeed to update system time Being able to buy the ticket and using the barcode was great. The only feedback is that they need to update their system to acknowledge the real time and not (summer time clock). The ticket is supposed to be valid for 24 hours, however I left the parking at 11:15pm or so and it charged me 1 hour ($9dlls) since in their system it was 12:15pm… it leaves you no choice but to pay to be able to get out.
