GBWas told did not need a pass for this location but that's misinformation The receipt we received explicitly stated that a parking pass was not needed, and that entry would be based on license plate number. However when we arrived, we were asked for our pass by the attendant who had a list of only a few plate numbers. Definitely keep your receipt.

GBPlace is a rip off Extremely expensive for what they offer. They take advantage of the situation that they’re in a high-end area and they charge you $20 an hour ridiculous. There’s no security guard if there is a security guard he’s doing the most minimal work possible, just cause I didn’t see a security guard working at the time doesn’t mean that the guy should have a job, but I do agree that the guy is not a high Level professional risk himself to protect your property. This place is a rip off extremely disrespectful to the consumer by charging so much and giving so little, there is a valet parking for literally what they charge you an hour at this parking lot. If you don’t see homeless people taking dump Next to trash cans Do not park here.

GBParking.com -- one of the poorest apps… Parking.com -- one of the poorest apps I've ever encountered, and I use it 3-4 times per week. Non-intuitive, inconsistent, and broken. Depending on how you start the app and/or website, you get different parking time calculations (how many hours you're purchasing vs. having to set a fixed departure time). Does not remember various different cars -- and when you do save cars, doesn't auto-populate the state into the app. If you use the website, you can add time close to expiration; in the app this is seldom an option. Needs to be redesigned from the ground up for ease of use.

GBOverall great but- Overall great, but being able to extend the time within like a 10 minute grace period, if it times out, would be awesome. I had to leave the table mid meal/conversation to go outside and start a new session. So having the ability to restart it if needed (within a short period of course because it does give plenty of notice if you have your phone out) would be helpful for those of us that put our phones away to be polite when having lunch with company.

GBNo parking attendant available The information that I received indicated that a parking attendant would be available at the entrance and exit. No one was there. It didn't matter on the way in, but on the way out, the machine would not accept the QR code on my confirmation. Three cars were waiting behind me. Finally, I paid with a credit card. The company did reimburse me for the amount I paid to reserve a spot.
