So I’ll be honest… So I’ll be honest…. it definitely took way longer to get my part than I had expected. But to be fair, I didn’t ask how long it was gonna take and they didn’t offer an ETA. Every time I reached out, and inquired about the product I received an almost immediate reply. Communication when requested was excellent. I had a slight issue with one of the… I had a slight issue with one of the pieces I bought from them. Called them and they immediately sent a replacement free of charge. Can't get better service than that.

Originally Originally, I bought parts from a different company and I never received part of my order (they said it was on backorder) Contacted the manufacturer and they got me in touch with Torqued. Was informed it wasn't on backorder so I ordered it. Shipping was fast as well which was nice.
