So I’ll be honest… So I’ll be honest…. it definitely took way longer to get my part than I had expected. But to be fair, I didn’t ask how long it was gonna take and they didn’t offer an ETA. Every time I reached out, and inquired about the product I received an almost immediate reply. Communication when requested was excellent. Product was exactly what I asked for in every way, shape and form. And I am Very pleased, and I will buy more products in the future. Tillett B10 Carbon Fiber seat, and hardware.

Torque is awesome and fast. It is refreshing and astonishing to see a company do an outstanding job in this day and age. After waiting over a month for an order from another company (without any updates) I cancelled the order with them and ordered the item from Torque. It got the item in the mail the next day and had it installed in my car 15 minutes after I received it! Torque is awesome!

Be home for you shipment cause the shipping company doesn’t care I know this isn’t the fault of torqued but the shipping company was awful. They called the day prior and we set a time for drop off because I work during the day at the hospital. The day of drop off they show up 3-4 hours early they call and leave a voicemail and say we’re here. I try to call back but no answer. I come home to find they left the package outside, no signature on the form and it rained that day…

Next day shipping for no additional… Next day shipping for no additional charge, part was based on original spec and not the updated TSB version though. Had to update myself, but not the companies fault. Great service.
