The initial package was missing one of the items I ordered, but they promptly shipped another package with the missing item (at no charge) as soon as I let them know there had been an error. The neon neo chrome plate frames are beautiful! I recommend supplementing them with the silicone back guards.

Not As Advertized The Good News: The license plate frame itself is of above average quality, nice and sturdy, with more than ample mounting hardware. The Bad News: The engraving is of extremely poor quality. It is so small that one cannot read it from three feet away. I was expecting a size large enough that a person in the car behind you in traffic could read, like the advertising plates from car dealerships. ALSO, the engraving had no color; it was simply etched onto the metal. Again, barely visible. I was expecting black lettering as depicted on the examples shown on the web site.

We love our new frame. We love our new frame. It is excellent--beautiful background color and words. We bought it for our new car. Three years ago we bought the same frame for our older car and it still looks brand new. Two years ago we bought another frame for the back of our car from another company and after 6 months, the words were starting to peel--looks awful.

The frame is aesthetically pleasing and… The frame is aesthetically pleasing and well-built. The message I requested came in lucidly, although I am disappointed by the small pool of font types I had to chose from. The "security screw" mechanism (those metal caps screwed onto the screws) work excellently. Thank you for making your products in the USA; that is a major selling point for myself.
