Can't ask for more! Their app / online account also makes it easy to reserve, see quotes, and track your ride.

GBRedwan was there promptly Redwan was there promptly. JFK was the usual mess, but he negotiated it well and got us out with minimal stress. Helped us nicely with our luggage (we are elderly) at both ends.Also had an umbrella, though the rain stopped!
