The Driver was very Stressful and made… The Driver was very Stressful and made me feel very uncomfortable. He drove below the speed limit and keep looking at me through his rear view mirror. When I decided to pay my bill in cash he was concerned about his TIP.. in which he claimed to not have enough change and proceeded to keep the 20.00 change as a TIP.. in which I was going to Tip him anyway if he would of Trusted me. It was a Horrible situation with this Person/ Driver!!

Redwan was there promptly Redwan was there promptly. JFK was the usual mess, but he negotiated it well and got us out with minimal stress. Helped us nicely with our luggage (we are elderly) at both ends. Also had an umbrella, though the rain stopped!

my experience was gret because my driver was experienced and a very competant driver my experience was gret because I did not have q reservation but was quickly assigned a car and a very good driver. the ride was smooth and quick even though it was during rush hour. The well experience driver knew the best route and got me home right away after a red-eye flight from Seattle.

Drivers response to passenger's motion sickness. I became ill during the last 30 minutes of the 90 minute drive. My destination was to a hilly place with curving roads. I experienced motion sickness and told the rider I was going to throw up. He gave me a paper bag to use. Then he gave me some paper towels to clean myself, and also gave me a bottle of water. area. He escorted me in at my destination and told them at the front desk that I was sick and needed assistance. I was touched by his kindness.
