Not Happy at all Not Happy at all. Ordered a pair of very expensive Hepco and Becker side cases almost 2 months ago. Have only received 1 case and never received the other. They won't give a refund because (they claim) it might arrive someday. (!!) So I have 1 case of a pair and am out $400. :( This will be my one and only experience with Chromeburner.

Very quick Ordered over a weekend and the helmet was delivered to the UK on Thursday. Speedy and smooth. No issues with customs duties to the, all sorted by Chrime Burner. This compares to my last helmet from another company where I had to pay a courier charge and then recover duties from HMRC. Very happy with ChromeBurner.

Ordered a jacket and gloves from… Ordered a jacket and gloves from ChromeBurner as they were by far the cheapest online for the goods I wanted. The site is well laid out and clear, making ordering a breeze. The goods arrived very quickly from Holland and were exactly as expected and described, what more could you ask for. Special mention to Christof at customer services as well for sorting out a minor delay with the courier once the goods had arrived in the UK - not ChromeBurner's fault, but they stepped in to sort it out on my behalf. Highly recommended and will be using them again.

Epic customer service I had issues with determining the sizing for my jacket, but Jinse L was incredibly helpful and patient getting me sorted, in answering my inquiries and sending the extra jackets back. Unfortunately, it didn’t end up being as good a deal as had I just gotten it right the first time, but that’s the gamble of buying online. Would have been nice if the back armour was in stock as well. Will definitely use ChromeBurner again in the future.

Schuberth C5 - Amazing Experience! Recently I had my Shoei RF1200 stolen off my bike from my garage so I was looking for a new helmet, and quickly as riding season is upon us! I decided on either a Shoei NeoTec III or the Schuberth C5. ChromeBurner had the best price anywhere online for the Schuberth and it was in stock and ready to ship. Given that the difference was about $300cdn I decided to pull the trigger and go with the priority FedEx shipping. I received notifications within hours that my package had been picked up by FedEx and within two days it had made its way from the Netherlands to Canada. Absolutely unbelievable service! I am waiting for a re-stock on the Schuberth SC2 so I can set up my new helmet with the communication system.
