These guys are reliable and fast… I purchased a brake kit from their website and it was delivered super fast. When it got here I noticed one of my rotors was on back order but I never saw anything stating this when I bought the kit. I emailed customer service and within 30 minutes I got a reply to verify I was missing a rotor and only 15 minutes after I sent the pictures showing I was missing a rotor I received an email saying that the rotor is already on its way to me. Yes, this shouldn’t have happened in the first place but what company can you think of that replies and fixes an issue same day, same hour even?
