Excellent service and a good price I ordered the iCarsoft Porsche tool direct from LJM on Wednesday, with standard free delivery, it arrived midday on Friday. So it was the same fast delivery as the Amazon Prime option but cheaper (and considerably cheaper than purchasing though a well known specialist Porsche parts retailer. I haven’t used the tool yet, but the initial setup process and software update was simple and quick, which bodes well for the future.

Completely satisfied with the CR Max. Superb piece of diagnostic equipment. Initial registration and setting up needs to be simpler. First use told me of vehicle issues that were not initially evident from basic OBD tools. Good value for money particularly for the range of covered vehicles as standard.

Quick service, but beware Royal Mail! Fault Reader sent promptly by Ljm via Royal Mail 48hrs - but got lost in their system. Had to go to local office where they eventually found it. However delighted with the reader which has already identified & cleared some car faults. Should have purchased earlier!
