It took forever to get item ordered It took forever to get item ordered. Of course the whole time i was looking at and ordering item it never showed item out of stock. But low and behold the minute they have your payment it pops up item out of stock! Also the phone number on website is non-functioning it hangsup as soon as it answers! The only reason i didnt give it a 1 star is i did finally receive the item.

Beware of hidden fees. I purchased two separate products from them. It was ordered as two different orders, I paid for shipping on each order. When the package arrived, I had to pay brokerage fees and taxes on each item amounting to $107 for one, at $114 for the other. I don’t think it’s fair that you charge me for shipping and not tell me about brokerage fees. I have purchased from many other companies online and I’ve received product without having to pay brokerage fees. If you know there will be brokerage fees, that should be disclosed on your website! so the pars that I was buying cheaper from you ended up to be more expensive than if I purchased it direct from Rotary.

They not only charged $40 US (fair) but then hit me wit a further $90 CDN (approx. $70 US) in border charges. Apparently it is more expensive shipping ground than by air when it comes to border charges?? I don't like UPS for this very reason, too many hidden ludicrous charges and 50% of the time they damage my shipments!
