Outstanding Outstanding! Our driver, Bill Kistler, was safe, courteous, and very, very professional. The buses were as clean as any bus I'd even been on. They were on-time (actually early which worked out perfectly for us) both to and from our dinner event. Three different trips from hotel to restaurant were needed as some attendees were in meetings ending at different times. Not a problem as everyone was accommodated. I would absolutely recommend Metropolitan Shuttle to anyone in the highest possible way.

This is my second review This is my second review, not sure what happened with my first. Extremely professional organization, spot on pickup and delivery to and from. Beautiful, New, large buses that shuttled us between airport and back with ease and smooth ride. Driver was very courteous and helpful loading and unloaded all luggage. Cost was competitive to all the quotes we received. Would use Metropolitan Shuttle in a heartbeat again for our company shuttle needs.

AWFUL!!! AWFUL!! Metropolitan Shuttle changed our bus the day before our event and then sent a driver who did not speak a word of English. This was compounded by the fact that he got lost and then was unable to follow directions. Metro Shuttle single-handedly ruined our event as guests were not picked up at the right time and when finally dropped off, were late and in the wrong place! Absolutely terrible service, find ANY other vendor.

Wedding Day Shuttle Service We used 3 metropolitan shuttles to bring our wedding party to and from our wedding venue, as well as our guests to and from the hotel. Every shuttle driver was extremely kind, helpful, respectful, and reliable the entire day, making the experience so enjoyable for our guests and us. Elena was also so communicative and helpful leading up to the wedding, helping us stay within our budget and developing a smooth shuttle schedule. We are so grateful we decided to hire them for our favorite day!

Excellent service Excellent service! Metropolitan Shuttle representative Al was patient, helpful and accessible. I worked with Metropolitan Shuttle for a bus for our staff appreciation event. It was an excellent experience, Al worked with us even to wire (the same day). Al ensured we had a bus and driver. He provided detailed instructions about pickup and drop-off location for our event on Dec. 2nd. The driver Jackie was excellent, he arrived 30 minutes early and waited for our staff to arrive.
