I always enjoy doing business with… I always enjoy doing business with Classic Industries. I’m a GM OEM person, but sometimes I have to order aftermarket parts for my classic truck when OEM is unavailable and when I do I always try to find them with Classic Industries.

1971 Nova build I’ve been building the same car (71 Nova) for roughly 18 years on and off. I’ve gotten everything, page by page, that is for restoring my car and have had 0 issues, whether it is customer service helping to find the right part or the post itself. Fantastic company to use to restore your project!!!

I like the selection of parts and will… I like the selection of parts and will raise my score when my parts show up. They are having a difficult time locating a part that was supposed to be in stock.

One stop shopping for all your classic car parts. Classic Industries has almost everything you need for your classic car project. Their prices are pretty reasonable too. I like when they offer the free shipping most days. Customer service has always been great as I did have a few problems recently with a few parts that didn’t work out for me. They don’t make the parts, they just sell them, so I can’t be upset with them. Very happy that they were quick to rectify it. I would recommend Classic Industries to anyone servicing or restoring a classic car.

Terrible customer service and theft of funds I placed an order for a part I needed quickly. I paid (a lot) for 2-day air shipping. I was contacted by them to say that I could not use the shipping address I had indicated since it was my first air shipped order and it did not match my billing address (I was having it shipped to the garage where we were working on the car). It was no problem to change the address, although it would have been nice to have that listed somewhere as you are completing your purchase. That could have saved everyone a lot of time and headache. And it DID become a headache because once I got a shipping notice I found that it was going to be 5 days until I received my package rather than the 2 I paid for. I contacted Classic Industries about it and asked for a refund on what I paid for expedited shipping. They refused to refund shipping fees for which I paid but did not receive. The rep I spoke with emailed back and forth with me a few times and frankly, was pretty rude and unwilling to see that they took my money but did not give me what I paid for. I will never order from them again and will make sure to tell all my friends who own classics not to order from them either.
