Would not use again The request for my bike to be shipped from Ohio to Texas was placed on Feb 16. The bike wasn't picked up until March 1 and didn't get delivered until April 24. There was very little communication from Haulbikes the entire time they had my bike. I had to call multiple times to request an update. On top of that they had the bike so long the battery was dead when it arrived and I had to have it replaced. The bike did arrive in perfect condition with no issues though.

Haul bikes was amazing Haul bikes was amazing! I’ve used independent bike transport companies in the past. The difference is night and day. Their communication was top notch. They treated my bike better than I would. They were the cheapest company by far! And, they delivered my bike a few days earlier than I expected. I will only use HaulBikes.com in the future.

My bike was picked right on time and I… My bike was picked right on time and I was satisfied with the way it was loaded and strapped down. In my situation it took longer to reach my destination, than what was agreed upon, that worked for me since I didn't make to N.H. when I thought I would, It was shipped from Az. to Vegas waiting to go to N.H. It stayed in Vegas for about 2 months with no storage fees as it sat in Vegas. From Vegas went to their terminal in Pa. Again no storage fees. When the time came for delivery the driver called the individual to set up a delivery time and it was delivered when promised damage free. The driver who picked up my bike was phenomenal and it was relayed to me that the driver who delivered my bike was phenomenal as well. I will definitely recommend Haulbikes if anybody is looking for a company to ship there motorcycle.Thanks for a job well done.

Delivered months late Pickup was several weeks late. Delivery was months late. Nobody would call me back at my shop or call the end customer back
