GBJose is the best! Jose is the best! He explained very detailed and made me easy to understand. This service was for my company car which I do not have any idea where to take. But it was very convenient and useful service. Our company car ending up taking it to mechanic shop to fix the issue, but Jose tried to explain to me what I should do and what I should not do. It was very helpful to me, which I do not have any knowledge about car. And the best part of this service, it is the report that you can see what is wrong and what you can expect in few months. Thanks to Jose again!!

GBI will never use this service again I will never use this service again. Technician could not fix the problem I originally requested to be repaired but hunted up another issue and wanted $2600 to repair. Brought car to reputable shop and back on the road for less than $500. When I called they gave me the standard BS backing up their shady practices!! BE ADVISED - DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

GBMechanic was on time and took little to… Mechanic was on time and took little to no time to get working on the car.He gave recommendations on if we had the problem shoe up again he explained what he was doing and why ,very professional and made us feel at ease. GBGreat for convenience The convenience was what was most helpful. I had a meeting later that day and needed a screw removed from my tire. I paid extra to have the mechanic repair the tire. I knew that would happen but I wish the service was available through the technology. Having to have done this twice with two different services in my life, I realize it’s a way the industry takes advantage of customers a bit by giving mechanics a chance to charge their own prices for that service. It would feel much more ethical from a customer experience perspective to offer that service knowing it’s a common problem…
