GBJose is the best! Jose is the best! He explained very detailed and made me easy to understand. This service was for my company car which I do not have any idea where to take. But it was very convenient and useful service. Our company car ending up taking it to mechanic shop to fix the issue, but Jose tried to explain to me what I should do and what I should not do. It was very helpful to me, which I do not have any knowledge about car. And the best part of this service, it is the report that you can see what is wrong and what you can expect in few months. GBYour mechanic was late then he charged… Your mechanic was late then he charged me for services not rendered. He rescheduled after making the scheduled appointment. Your customer service sucks and it took over 30 calls to get a supervisor on the phone to reimburse me my money.

GBThere was scheduling issues but nothing… There was scheduling issues but nothing that affected me. Car wad dead but mechanic was able to get in and perform the operation of changing batteries. I am still seeing a battery light and "charging System Fault" message.
