Honored Their warranty I previously wrote a 1 star review over a bad engine I received, I was having issues with customer service at the time and I now believe we was just having a misunderstanding on the issues.. Alan reached out to me over my concerns and after I sent several pictures and videos of the issues I was having, He has agreed to give me a full refund or a free replacement, I didn't have time to wait on another engine so I decided for a full refund.. although I received a bad engine which can happen, these are used engines, they seem to be standing by the warranty, the only thing i would caution is make sure you read the contract before you sign, they can't guarantee milage on the engine regardless of what the sales rep tells you.. the engine I received had more miles then what I was told, and make sure you look the engine over before you sign and take pictures of anything that may concern you. If you have issues just ask for Alan Gessler.

Beware!! Beware!!! Do not do buissness with these people it is a scam. These people assured me this engine had 50k miles on it. I ran the carfax on the tag. It had 170k I delt with a woman named Sarah Williams who refused to connect me with supervisor took me months to get my money back. Only after I hired an attorney and till this day they are trying to charge my mechanic 1200 for their mistake

So far so good very satisfied with the customer service that Mr. Daniel provided me, he gave me all the options I needed to make a decision about which transmission was best for me. He was patient and he did everything possible to have good communication with me, if someone needs communication in Spanish he can write you text messages in Spanish to improve communication. The shipment arrived in just one week. So far so good, just need to install the transmission and that's it.
