Above and beyond part specialists who go out of their way to confirm fitment and even let you return product if it doesn’t fit. The best auto part store you can get your products from, even has a points system. Highly recommend you purchase your parts from 10 second racing if you want a 10 second car. Will update review when I receive product!

GBGot exactly what I needed- but the… Got exactly what I needed- but the phone experience was strange. Lots of department extensions but no one answered the phone, had to try several times to finally get a hold of someone. But when I finally did, it went smooth and got my stuff fast

GBExcellent customer service Update as of 2/21: Shortly after I received the updated response below, my order was shipped and at my door days later. Despite the initial miscommunication I am thrilled with this result, great customer service!! Ordered a mount kit almost 2 weeks ago that the website said was in stock. Okay great. Well a week goes by, no update or shipping information. I reach out to customer service and am told to standby for a tracking number or further update. 5 days later, no response including to follow up messages regarding the status of the order. I'm hoping this is simply a lapse in service, an instance of something falling through the cracks, and would be happy to update this review if/when my order ships.
