GBI ordered a high pressure power… I ordered a high pressure power steering hose on 10/23/23 through Amazon. A few hours later I received notice that the product was "shipped" and my card was charged for the item. Since USAutopartsCar is in Charlotte, NC, about 4 hours from me, I thought, great! I'll have the part by Wednesday 10/25. NOPE!!! Product sat "somewhere" for 4 days before it was scanned as being received by carrier facility who knows where because the tracking, as is normal, didn't have the location. Package was scanned 4 more times in the next 3 days and now shows that package was delayed. Well, no s--t Sherlock!!!

GBNever received the item I ordered due… Never received the item I ordered due to UPS/FedEx policy of dropping office packages by the mailbox in the lobby or wrong apt. The only way companies like UPS/FedEx could in prove is companies like your's stop doing business with them. They hire irresponsible workers who don't care. Thank you for taking responsibility and refunding my money. I will do business with you again if you have a better carrier.

GBDon't buy from USAutopartscar My experience with this vendor is they are incompetent. I order two front brake rotors and only received one. They are refusing to resolve the matter in any fashion. John Tillery in customer service is of no help at all. He'll say sorry for the inconvenience, yada,yada.... but no action has been taken. I hav continually given them opportunities to fix the issue and they continually refuse. I highly recommend shopping practically anywhere else than from this site.
