GBNo communication Didn't show up when stated or even a week later, I had to cancel through my card company, then they decided to reach out and ask me to reverse the dispute. I didn't do that and told them to send a return label as I've already bought elsewhere and didn't need there product.

GBHard to communicate, not willing to help Package was stolen on delivery. Company was very slow with communicating and promised to file claim and get back. They never filed a claim. I would not buy from this company again.

GBI had a great experience with… I had a great experience with HexAutoParts! They sent a different starter than the one I was looking for, BUT the customer service department remedied the situation promptly. I appreciated my experience and will definitely sho with them again. GBI got exactly the right part and it is… I got exactly the right part and it is working exactly how it should be :) the delivery was slower than I wanted, but hey, that's USPS for ya. I was also desperate for it to arrive asap lol. But they sent it to me right away and the pricing was INSANELY cheaper than other places. 100/100
