It was painfully obvious that your AI generated troubleshooting process is woefully inadequate. All it usually takes from my 54years of experience is a phone call to a human being. I don't see me using your service/products line ever again.

GBI got exactly the right part and it is… I got exactly the right part and it is working exactly how it should be :) the delivery was slower than I wanted, but hey, that's USPS for ya.
