Worked Out In the End Long Story Short - I ordered a part. After two days I checked the order status and it said label created but not received by UPS. I inquired via chat and they told me to give it more time. I waited 4 days over the weekend and rechecked. No change. I called and the agent said she would call me back, but never did. I left a negative review. I tried the chat and ended up chatting with Mark. He said the order was lost so they sent another part via UPS 2nd day air. They sent the order the day after my first inquiry. The order arrived the next day - it had been drop shipped from an ebay vendor. In the end I got the part and Mark worked to make things right.

Lied about Stocking, part availability Your site said you had items in stock, went through entire order process, waited several days, and got an email cancelling the order. twice this occurred. If you don't have the parts- don't list them. you wasted two weeks of my time between waiting for you to cancel orders and having to go look up another part. Ended up paying more locally and wish I had just done that in the first place.
