The response to my email inquiry wasn’t a couple of days or hours but rather a couple of minutes. The issue was resolved to my satisfaction that day even though it wasn’t their fault. This is a company I will promote to anyone who needs their products and will use them again.

GBWill never recommend I have been waiting over a month for my seat cover to be delivered, that I paid 275$ for .. not impressed and will not be using again. Can not get any resolution as I only receive automated response via email.

GBI mistakenly ordered the wrong color… I mistakenly ordered the wrong color car seat gap holder and immediately upon receipt I emailed Delicate Leather and asked if I could exchange it. First of all, someone got back to me immediately and then by the next day I got a confirmation that they had looked into my concern. Even thou the mistake was most definitely mine they found a solution. Now that is a company that I want to do business with. 5 Stars +
