GBGood Easy ordering process. Able to get it taken care of on the phone right away no callbacks or inconveniences. Five week turnaround is a little bit long for my engine, but if it doesn’t go much past that it shouldn’t be too bad. Also, some immediate email notifications would be nice, so that I know my payment has been received and the Ball is rolling on getting the engine delivered. I also think you should have a little bit more than a 15 day turnaround for the core charge.

AUPurchased a POWERTRAIn IS-500 and the… Purchased a POWERTRAIn IS-500 and the belt got worn out so I contacted POWERTRAIN. been 10 days of promises that someone will contact me regarding the cost, none of them knows their products, they even asked me to pull it apart and take a photo of the belt serial number, I did that and I get a reply "Hi Yoparata, We 400j Dis you want to try? Kind Regards, Melinda Customer Support " do yourselves a favour and stay away from any PowerTrain products as their support is Minus 10 for rating and I wish I could rate them like this here instead of 1

GBSTAY AWAY! WARRANTY IS A SHAM, Customer service is POOR! I purchased a rebuilt engine from them, The rear main seal failed within 500 mi they wouldn't cover the complete repair cost for labor which cost me an additional 100% labor. Their product was mediocre and their customer service is terrible. Support your product with a quality warranty and customer service or your warranty means nothing. Your product is inferior if it's failing in the break in period. Stay away! No supervisors to speak with, no attempt at making it right!

GBGood experience good engine I did a lot of searching for an engine and finally picked powertrain products the price wasn't bad and the warranty was the best. I am glad I picked them my engine was delivered 5 days later and they waive the core charge for 2 weeks. The core return was easy to do and they give you lots of reminders. The engine was correct and runs great!! I didn't have any problems.

GBYou can't beat the build quality of… You can't beat the build quality of their parts, everything is perfect and looks brand new. I've ordered transmissions, engines, differentials, and transfer cases from them and I haven't had a single issue with any one of them. You can rest assured that even if there was an issue they have a great warranty. I don't get my stuff from anywhere else.
