Kind Regards, Melinda Customer Support " do yourselves a favour and stay away from any PowerTrain products as their support is Minus 10 for rating and I wish I could rate them like this here instead of 1

Easy to work with Easy to work with, though I had an issue with switching to a new credit card during the process and the core wasn't able to be billed. I failed to send it back due to scheduling concerns, but they did not pursue me very hard on it. Hoping to work it out for the off chance my customer needs their warranty. Would hate to see it denied based off core not being paid.

Ship the motor 2 to 3 weeks earlier… Ship the motor 2 to 3 weeks earlier than quoted. Motor runs excellent. Great job of rebuilding. Shipping was nice. Return core was nice. Can ask for a better company to do business with thank you.

If you are in need of a transmission… Not enough stars! If you are in need of a transmission, save yourself alot of time and aggravation, and just call Powertrain first. Ask for Miss Dee as she is amazing, knowledgeable and super personable. She listened to what I had to say, understood my situation, and simply took over from there. She gave me options, and had everything set up in no time. (She really does need her own set of stars for rating!) Compared to other places I had called, Powertrain has very competitive prices, excellent shipping and core return - which takes a lot of the stress out of an otherwise grueling situation. I would definitely recommend calling Powertrain. 😊

Great folks to work with! Highly recommended A pristine 2004 Mustang convertible with 230K miles needed a lower engine rebuild due to Rear Main oil leak, due to crank movement even after the rear main seal was replaced. The rebuilt enginge was as much as the rebuild would have been. Delivery was within a week. Great customer service, and great folks to work with. Highly recommended!
