GBThis company is a scam This company is a scam! They say they honor labor and parts. The did send us a new engine after the one that they built had a valve that wasn't seating causing very low compression at 12k miles. When they received the "warranty engine" back and tore it down they found that their head gaskets were leaking, piston rings were stuck in the pistons and the cylinder walls were scuffed. The engine never overheated it just lost compression in a single cylinder. Mmm , sounds like a build error to me! The customer service is a joke. They took three weeks to email us back, phones are always busy, and they generate excuses that are astonishingly ridiculous to cover their a**. We never got paid for labor and we reported them to the attorney general. If you want a good reliable engine for your vehicle this is not the place to go for that! The build quality is very very poor and only excuses when the inevitable problem happens.

GBConstantly fails Constantly fails. Had to replace motor after motor. Who ever is building their engines sucks. Went thru 3 motors, the first two, over heating, head gasket failure. Third engine didn't even make it out of the shop, dead cylinder. Gave up sent the 4 engine back to sender, pulled the Third motor and built it my self. Waste of 4k for the motor and 4k+ for the installations. I would give a negative star, not a option.

AUPurchased a POWERTRAIn IS-500 and the… Purchased a POWERTRAIn IS-500 and the belt got worn out so I contacted POWERTRAIN. been 10 days of promises that someone will contact me regarding the cost, none of them knows their products, they even asked me to pull it apart and take a photo of the belt serial number, I did that and I get a reply "Hi Yoparata, We 400j Dis you want to try? Kind Regards, Melinda Customer Support " do yourselves a favour and stay away from any PowerTrain products as their support is Minus 10 for rating and I wish I could rate them like this here instead of 1

GBGood Easy ordering process. Able to get it taken care of on the phone right away no callbacks or inconveniences. Five week turnaround is a little bit long for my engine, but if it doesn’t go much past that it shouldn’t be too bad. Also, some immediate email notifications would be nice, so that I know my payment has been received and the Ball is rolling on getting the engine delivered. I also think you should have a little bit more than a 15 day turnaround for the core charge.
