STAY AWAY! WARRANTY IS A SHAM, Customer service is POOR! I purchased a rebuilt engine from them, The rear main seal failed within 500 mi they wouldn't cover the complete repair cost for labor which cost me an additional 100% labor. Their product was mediocre and their customer service is terrible. Support your product with a quality warranty and customer service or your warranty means nothing. Your product is inferior if it's failing in the break in period. Stay away! No supervisors to speak with, no attempt at making it right!

Fast, professional service They were friendly, easy to deal with, know their products, and shipped product out a week sooner than estimated. Transfer case was like new. 5/5 experience.

Easy to work with Easy to work with, though I had an issue with switching to a new credit card during the process and the core wasn't able to be billed. I failed to send it back due to scheduling concerns, but they did not pursue me very hard on it. Hoping to work it out for the off chance my customer needs their warranty. Would hate to see it denied based off core not being paid.

This company is a scam This company is a scam! They say they honor labor and parts. The did send us a new engine after the one that they built had a valve that wasn't seating causing very low compression at 12k miles. When they received the "warranty engine" back and tore it down they found that their head gaskets were leaking, piston rings were stuck in the pistons and the cylinder walls were scuffed. The engine never overheated it just lost compression in a single cylinder. Mmm , sounds like a build error to me! The customer service is a joke. They took three weeks to email us back, phones are always busy, and they generate excuses that are astonishingly ridiculous to cover their a**. We never got paid for labor and we reported them to the attorney general. If you want a good reliable engine for your vehicle this is not the place to go for that! The build quality is very very poor and only excuses when the inevitable problem happens.
