First he helped me with the selection process, than kept me updated all the way through the shipping process. Then when the unthinkable happened,(the power supply got separated from the rest of the unit) he had the replacement power supply overnighted to me in Pennsylvania from California.How many companies would do that. great follow up! Scott was great, very attentive and detail oriented. Other vendors I've dealt with over the years are terrible at getting back to you with answers, but not Scott. Every conversation or email ended with "is there anything I can help you with?" When my order arrived from the manufacturer damaged (by the trucking company), Scott acted on my behalf to get a speedy resolution. Highly recommended!
