When we got Eric on the line, he got right on it, made all the arrangements and freight was waiting at destination when my contractor arrived at the job next morning. Really saved my bacon!

Averitt Terminal to The Woodlands Fast service was delayed because truck that showed up did not have "AirFreight" documentation. From time of order to delivery was about 4 hours. Delivery truck had a lift gate, which was unexpected benefit; although we had a fork lift on site. Be sure the trucker has proper documentation. Dave@Texas

Saved my project - for an important client - at the last minute Bryan Bereziuk, Strategic Sourcing, bryan at Airfreight.com , was extremely helpful and professional. Getting my last minute call, he reassured me that the right driver would be found. It was a last minute issue but Bryan assured me that whatever the requirements were, they would be met. The driver bought blankets at the last minute to wrap the glass. The cargo was kept on the truck over the weekend - it was extrememly fragile, 10 foot long panels of pure glass.
