Great tires and fast delivery I have dealt with tire agent in the past and I have been nothing but satisfied with the tires I purchased, so I had no hesitation to buy from tire agent again. I just wish the website was better, everytime I clicked on the details of a tire I was interested in, I had to start at the beginning of the list to view more tires.

I recently purchased two tires from the… I recently purchased two tires from the tire agent I ordered four sets of Michelin tires ps4s which cost me a little bit over $1800. Upon inspection of the tires they sent me two different versions of the tires. They sent me two ZP run flat tires for the rear which came from a distributor in California, and then sent me two regular tires for the front that are non ZP run flat tires. I contacted customer service and they told me that they cannot correct the issue. I told him this is not my fault this is their fault because I ordered strictly for 4 non-run flat tires. Why in the world would I choose to purchase 2 different versions? I went on the website , I inputted the front tire spec I wanted and then from the drop down box it asked me if the front were the same I clicked no ( I have a stagger set up) and put the tire specs I needed for the rear . The system at the tire agent generates package deals so they sent me information on multiple summer tires , in the package included both front and rear, the options are 4 regular tires that are non runflats. Y I sent a complaint over to the Better Business Bureau in regards to their reply in hopes that they can replace the two tires with what I originally have purchased.

So easy I can do it! This experience has been so easy even I can do filling out the application and shopping for the right tires for my car made everything easy even getting the tires installed was included.

Update on order never place My order was never placed and I spoke to Tire Agent whom confirmed it was never placed as well as speaking to the finance company. Tire agent was to confirm the order was never placed and have the contract voided. Each time I speak with a representative it’s always being sent hire up. The finance company has nothing from Tire Agent showing the order wasn’t placed. Update I spoke to Marianne one of the Supervisor at Tire Agent and she helped get this issue resolved in one phone call. I mean she did an awesome job with calling the finance company speaking with a supervisor there all with me on the phone. She made sure that I was getting my refund back and the contract was canceled. She listened to me understood the situation and was extremely apologetic it didn’t get resolved sooner. Her gratitude and willingness to help me was so much appreciated. Thank you so Marianne C.

TIRE AGENT IS #1 A+ SERVICE Website and ordering was easy and fast! Customer service is amazing,and they respond in minutes. I was definitely thrown off guard when my whole order arrived on second day after order was placed. I will always use tire agent and I already recommended them to friends and family!!!!
