GBok-prob won't use again Miscommunication around pick up so after a 7 hour flight not the best start. Then when we found driver he told us he had to collect some 'leaflets' from a colleague this then ensued a wild goose chase around the industrial parks of JFK trying to find said colleague. This must have have added an extra 30 minutes on to our journey to our hotel and when you have been travelling for over 7 hours this isn't what we really had in mind. Wouldn't use again.

GBGreat Service ! Drivers were on-time, easy to connect with via cell phone at airport, Limo's were clean. Driver's got us to downtown Manhatten and later during Fri night commute traffic to Newark airport in record time. Definetly recommend Lincoln Limo and will use them on next trip to New York.

GBSuperb Service - as always! I think this is at least the 4th time we have used Lincoln Limousine. Absolutely fantastic service as always. Very friendly staff in the office, and the drivers are excellent. We would not use anyone else and would certainly recommend them.

GBResponsive and Proactive Excellent service. Very dependable and proactive to ensure that our transportation went as planned. They even noticed a time correction due to a mistake I made on the booking and called me with the correction. Also, they were aware of an event in the city that caused road closures and contacted me with an alternate pick up point. Professional and great service.

GBOur 45th Anniversary in NYC and Hamilton too Pickup at JFK took a few extra minutes, no problems getting into Manhattan took 1 1/2 hours (8:30 am traffic), drop off was fine. Back to JFK 4 days later, pickup at hotel early which turns out to be good since traffic out of Manhattan at 9:30 am is also heavy. Drop off was fine on time. The Lincoln Limo office and drivers checked on arrivals and pickups and kept in touch very well
