I apologize that I'm not better with… I apologize that I'm not better with names because every employee we came into contact with deserves recognition for not only being super friendly and helpful, but for being knowlegable enough to really help us with our needs and answer questions. The gal who helped us with the purchase if our helmet clearly knew her stuff, but wasn't pushy or condecending. She knew exactly where to share her expertise and where to let us make our own decision.

Sales person was great Sales person was great, we found a pair of over riding pants to purchase. He took measurements, and we were then told to wait for them to be cut to size. We waited for over 30 min, at that point the tailor finally told us he would not be able to get to them tonight. He could not take 1 minute to cut a straight line. Nor tell us 30 min prior he would not be able to help us. (When he saw us waiting.) Zero communication by staff, great sales person lost a sale due to the tailors lack of effort and communication.

However, the item I ordered was the last one available, and no more due in, it came in missing a nut. It was easier to find one in my shop than to communicate it back to the store. I would purchase things from them in the future… especially now that i know it’s primarily a motorcycle accessories shop.
