That’s what I call service !!! I was most impressed during my last visit. I walked inside the store and, of course, was immediately greeted. I told the gentleman behind the counter what I was looking for and another guy overheard me and within 30 seconds he had what I needed. I never left the counter. I was there to get a anti-fog lense (picklock ?) for inside my helmet visor. He recognized my helmet make and model and helped me put it on. Your people are aware, knowledgeable and very helpful. Thank you for such a pleasant surprise.

I've been getting my riding gear from… I've been getting my riding gear from these guys when they were off of 84th near I-5. They have always been patient and professional and you can't or shouldn't forget about the seamstress that will sew on a patch for you and will also make adjustments to your jacket,vest and chaps. Store is always clean and well lit. Only 1 request I have would be to bring in more hi-visibility Orange shirts,muscle,tank,short and long sleeved!

The quality and variety of products… The quality and variety of products your store provides is great, although when we were there to purchase some leather products WE felt that the sales person had us fitted and out the door before we actually knew what we even bought. She had the chaps all trimmed and ready to go before we could even ask about pants or other options. We weren't very happy about that but we felt we had to buy them at that point.

Great communications on the process of… Great communications on the process of my order throughout the process. However, the item I ordered was the last one available, and no more due in, it came in missing a nut. It was easier to find one in my shop than to communicate it back to the store. I would purchase things from them in the future… especially now that i know it’s primarily a motorcycle accessories shop.

I’ve bought products from Eagle Leather… I’ve bought products from Eagle Leather for years, from toolkits, chaps, heated gear and helmets. Generally always received good products with the exception of one vest that had several zippers break. First was replaced under warranty, second I was told needed to be paid for and left at the store which wasn’t an option. But overall EL is a great local store with a decent (not great) selection of helmets and other riding gear.
