Outstanding Customer Service but a few website bugs Lynn was able to walk us through the entire demo, setup, and operating experience. She had timely follow-ups, and was very knowledgeable. Always cheery. Fleetistics web service is a big leap in our fleet management. Ease of use is impressive, but it also includes a lot of deep analytics and settings for anything we can conceive. There's even an API that we're planning to use to integrate with our operations software in the near future. Training was smooth. Only issues we've run into are: 1) the website seems to run best on Google Chrome only. 2) some of the minor website functions seem broken like cart checkout and password Reset

Fleetistics gives you the ability to manage your fleet and identify your problem area easily. Fleetistics staff works with you to customize their product to your needs. They provide the information that allows you to improve your fleet and driver performance dramatically. It is very easy to install and maintain. Reports come by text or email as frequently as you need them. Custom reports are no problem. Always know where every vehicle is and how that driver is performing. As a user for over five years, we could not do without it!

Fleetistics is a great product with GREAT service! We changed GPS providers last year and selected Fleetistics as our vendor of choice and it was the right decision! The product is very sophisticated and the service is superior. Lynn Rios was/is a real help in working with us through the sales cycle and follows up periodically to confirm our satisfaction while Darryl Arnold is a real "Master" at training. Couple this with competitive pricing and they can't be beat!!
