AUI ordered a Radiator cap for a ram 6.7… I ordered a Radiator cap for a ram 6.7 diesel 2008 model and was sent a engine oil cap instead. It was a wrong part in the correct part numbered box. I wrote to sixity auto advising them of the wrong delivery immediately along with photos when receiving the delivery. No apology or sending the correct part to me in Australia has been offered after waiting a month for the delivery. I’ve tried to-return the cap through EBay but continually get return request closed because Sixity Auto have credited me for the cap only,nothing for the delivery or tax cost. Sixty Auto made the mistake and don’t care about customer service in correcting this matter.
