GBI received my order through USPS … I received my order through USPS and had to sign for my package which was assuring. I like the packaging of the coils and how each came it’s own. When installed and car was started there were no problems at all. After driving a with the NGK coils I would defiantly recommend to anyone trying to upgrade their coils.

GBI have tried to order spark plugs twice… I have tried to order spark plugs twice over the span of a few months, both times I was informed they were “delayed”. I kept waiting for an update and both times finally received the update that they “may be lost”. Ordered through Amazon, checked several other places for these specific spark plugs but seems this company is the supplier everywhere I look so I’m afraid to try it again. ***In response to the reply, I never received the orders to be able to decline them. I only received notifications that the delivery "may be lost" when I tracked it. I did receive the refunds.
