Atrocious customer service Atrocious customer service and technical support. I've tried to make contact with the team at Not Actively Looking over half a dozen times over the last 9 months or so - not a single response. In short, their activation email doesn't get sent - I've reapplied (same problem); checked spam etc. and it's definitely nowhere to be found. I've reached out on numerous occasions, all unsuccessfully, to highlight this issue and to ask for a resolution, all to no avail. Awful experience.
