Do not pay for „better“ service The platform is just a big story without any useful content. It looks nice, and it makes promises, if you believe in them, you will highly likely be absolutely disappointed. Trying to liaise with the customer service and getting constantly ignored is only one gimmick I’m experiencing. Not only that I have paid for the premium service which is not working to date but I don’t get any response from the support team why and a fix, even worse not a refund because of the service not working. To my opinion this is very close to a scam, which probably is quite common in the Internet in these days, but disappointing anyway.

Overpriced Overpriced and not particularly useful - I was a "premium" member for a while and supposedly "connected" with many search firms - but there was no real "connection" from what I could tell. All I got was numerous advertisements for resume writing services and webinars on how to manage my social media profile. There's nothing inherently wrong with the content but considering the relatively high price I expected more.
